Growing amidst changes and challenges
Looking back at 2022, under the severe test of the epidemic, C&T forged ahead and overcame all the difficulties to deliver a satisfactory answer. Those days and nights of hard work are the medals that inspire us to move forward. During the meeting, CEO Mr. Zhang and Mr. Zhong delivered speeches to briefly summarize the work of C&T in 2022, and also affirmed the achievements of all C&T employees in 2022.
Mr. Zhang said that the past year was a year of innovation and harvest, C&T has upgraded its corporate development strategy & office environment, won international authoritative certifications such as disney and sedex4p, and was honored to be listed as a national high-tech enterprise & Guangdong special new enterprise, all these honors are inseparable from the efforts of all of us in C&T. And 2023 will be a year full of infinite opportunities and possibilities, C&T will continue to advance and consolidate stability, steady in the good, and create the peak again.

On the spot, C&T set down the performance target for the new year. Under the witness of all the employees, the head of each department of C&T went up to the stage to complete the ceremony of awarding the military order. The signing of the warrants for each department means that in the new year, C&T will stand at a higher starting point, make every effort, and continue to carry forward the spirit of facing up to difficulties, and resolutely complete the performance targets for 2023. The goal is set, and the mission will be achieved!

It is worth mentioning that more than 100 tailor-made rings were prepared for the Spring Dinner to be awarded to the eight-year, five-year, three-year and one-year employees who have accompanied the company through thick and thin, and who have dedicated their best youth to C&T and gained growth and achievements here. The awarding of the rings is not only a great affirmation of their dedication and pragmatism in the past years, but also an encouragement for them to put into the new year’s work with more vigorous and full of passion.
