When the time outlines the new outline, 2024 is coming on schedule, C&T’s 2023 Annual Meeting Ceremony with the theme of “Concentration, Change, Cooperation and Win-Win” was held on January 29th as scheduled. More than 260 staff representatives attended the meeting on site, and the departments of R&D, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Quality Assurance sent wonderful programs and performances to congratulate the company and all the colleagues on continuing to ride the waves of success in the new year. “Looking back to 2023, a century of change accelerated the evolution of C&T staff fearless of the wind and rain, forge ahead, exuding their own light and heat, harvested a warm and fruitful results of the struggle, the accumulation of unceasing power of development”. As the chairman of C&T said in his speech at the annual meeting, in the face of the brand new year 2024, all of us will continue to uphold the spirit of “solidarity, change and win-win”, grow upwards and increase performance, and root downwards and increase capacity! We will continue to innovate and change, strengthen teamwork, improve work efficiency, provide better service for customers and create better benefits for employees. All united, the courage to innovate and change, we will be able to achieve our goals.

Environmental Protection and Social Responsibility
C&T started to lay out the path of sustainable development in 2015, and obtained the industry’s first GRS certification in 2019.C&T continues to practice the concept of sustainable development, from international certification, carbon footprint to practicing environmental protection actions, C&T will be the real implementation of sustainable development into practical action. Taking the stage of the annual meeting, C&T employees once again promote the concept of environmental protection and call on everyone to contribute to the future of the earth and mankind.
Various kinds of exciting programmes such as passionate dance, classic songs, comedy acrobatics and staff walks were staged passionately. The atmosphere was hot, and the wonderful feast sounded the horn of progress for C&T people dreaming of the starry sea.
Riding the wind and waves, travelling together across mountains and seas. Looking back to 2023, C&T people perceive the trend in the wind and waves, lead the flag in the wind and waves, walk hand in hand across the mountains and seas, and welcome the sunshine after going through the wind and rain.
